Richard Naccarato, General Manager

Welcome to West Run Apartments! My Name is Richard Naccarato and I am the General Manager. I have been working in student housing for the past thirteen years and I am looking forward to providing you the BEST facility and services in Morgantown, WV.

My staff and I are committed to ensuring that your time at West Run is memorable and filled with many opportunities to help you grow and develop. I have a MA in Regional Planning and Development and a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science. While in college I played NCAA Division II athletics.

I reside in Pennsylvania with my wife Elaine and our Siberian Huskey, Nanook. I am looking forward to an exciting year and please stop by my office with questions or concerns.

Jason Swierczynski, Leasing Director

Thank you for visiting West Run`s website! My name is Jason and I am the Leasing Director here at the property. I have had experience with leasing since July of 2002 and I am excited to be here in Morgantown!

West Run Apartments offers a great facility to all types of students and anyone who is looking for a great place to reside. We will do whatever we can to have every resident leave with a positive experience.

Personally I graduated with my bachelors from California University of PA in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing. I am also in the process of completing my Masters of Business Administration. I grew up north of Pittsburgh and just moved to the area. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.

Scott Fedeli, Service Supervisor

My name is Scott Fedeli and I am your Service Supervisor. I`ve been working in student living for the past 7 years. I am glad to be working in Morgantown. My goal is to ensure a comfortable and well maintained living environment and to have all of your issues completed within 24 hours. Please feel free to stop me anytime if you have any questions or maintenance issues.

Heather Cullen, Resident Director

My name is Heather Cullen I`m a senior at WVU double majoring in Biology and Multidisplinary Studies. I`m a bartender at Bent Willey`s. I`m from Point Pleasant, a small rural town in West Virginia where I grew up on a farm and love animals. My main hobby is shopping and I love spending time with my family and friends.

Evan Weissman, Leasing Professional

What’s Up? I am Evan Weissman, a leasing professional for West Run Apartments. I am a 20 Year old sophomore from Baltimore, MD. I am in pursuit of a BS in Finance from WVU. I am a big Mountaineer and Ravens fan (sorry Steelers) so come down to West Run and meet us all, or if you prefer the safety of your computer just drop us a line!!

Lisa Mazzoni, Community Assistant

My name is Lisa Mazzoni, and I’m a senior at WVU. I am majoring in Multidisciplinary Studies-advertising, business, and communications.

I am from Vienna, WV, and have lived in WV my whole life. In my spare time I love to hang out with friends and family. I also enjoy good music, shopping, reading, traveling and good grammar.

Joel Murphy, Community Assistant

My Name is Joel Murphy and I am a Community Assistant here at West Run. I was raised here in Morgantown and currently attend WVU as a Child Development/Youth Studies Major where I am entering my senior year. I am married to my wife Amber and we have a gorgeous baby girl Leah. My other loves in life include Sports, the outdoors, music and spending time with my friends and family. My door is always open for anyone anytime so please don’t be afraid to come to me for help.

Chelsea Bush, Community Assistant

My name is Chelsea Bush. I was born and raised in West Virginia. I grew up in a small town called New Martinsville. I am a junior here at WVU and a Business-Management major. I am a brother of a business fraternity, Alpha Kappa, Psi. Along with being a Community Assistant here at the beautiful West Run Apartments I also work for American Eagle at the Morgantown Mall as a Sales Associate. Outside of school, my brotherhood, and work I spend my time by socializing with friends, spending time in the great outdoors, or simply relaxing. If you see me around, don’t be afraid to say “Hi.”

Anthony Capra, Community Assistant

My name is Anthony Capra, I`m a junior here at WVU majoring in Criminology. I am a bouncer at Bent Willys and in Security Forces for the United States Air Force. I am from Branchburg, NJ. I love working out and my favorite past time is eating, espically muffins, chicken tuna, pasta, and cereal. I am an adopted South Korean into an Italian family. I have a younger sister and a younger brother. I am excited to work here at West Run and meet all of the residents.
